I've been a Real Estate Appraiser since 1988. Property types appraised include office, retail, industrial, healthcare, special-use, farmland, residential and multi-family properties. Appraisal assignments performed for mortgage loan, estate valuation, foreclosure, real estate tax protests, asset valuation, land development proposals, subdivision analysis, and development proposals. Appraisal assignments are performed throughout the Metropolitan Chicago area including Cook, DuPage, McHenry, Kane, Lake, Will, Kendall, DeKalb and LaSalle Counties in Illinois. Additional appraisal assignments performed in Iowa, Louisiana, Nebraska, Wisconsin and the remainder of Illinois. Other professional accomplishments include teaching a real estate appraiser pre-licensing course at a community college, lobbying in Washington DC for PMI and RESPA/TILA reform, and lecturing on the high tech. appraisal office.
